Rob has been creating in the hair industry since 1995 and has been in love with the business since day one. He has trained with education leaders from Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Kevin Murphy and Wella Professional. Training of course is important, but Rob believes the most important aspect of being a great hairdresser is connecting with clients, and making them feel special. A skill that cannot be taught, but must come from the heart.
The perfect hairstyle is a co-creation between stylist and client. It’s important to Rob to listen to the client, give his professional guidance, then execute with precision.
Rob loves to laugh and surround himself with people who inspire him to be the best he can be. Thats the reason he went into business with Chip Perry and Brandi Piana to create Illuminate Salon. Growing, learning and stretching oneself to new limits is paramount to Rob, and Illuminate, with it’s amazingly talented staff, is an integral part in achieving this goal.

In an effort to accommodate our amazing clients and their scheduling needs, Illuminate stylists are charging a 100% No-Show fee to all missed appointments. This fee will be added to your future service. If there are two or more no-shows, we will require a prepayment at the time of booking. We know that emergencies happen, but please allow 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Messages on our answering machine DO count toward this notice. A fee will be charged for last minute cancellations.
