Michelle is originally from NY, but made Charlotte her home in 2013. She has over ten years of customer service experience and joined Illuminate Salon in December 2015.

Outside of the salon, Michelle enjoys spending her time on artistic hobbies, with her house full of pets, and travelling with her husband, Cameron.
